These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cloudkart.ai (the “Service”), operated by Cloudkart Technologies(“Cloudkart”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or submit content. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

What Cloudkart.ai is

Cloudkart.ai is an independent directory that catalogues AI tools and scores them on a published rubric. Our scores, reviews, and rankings are editorial opinions provided for general information only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and they are not a guarantee of any tool's performance or suitability. Always evaluate a tool against your own needs before relying on it.

Editorial independence & affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you sign up or purchase through them. Paid placements, when shown, are clearly labelled. Neither affiliate relationships nor paid placements influence our scores or rankings. See our About page for details.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• post spam, malware, or misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Service, or access it through automated means beyond our public API and its limits;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its security controls;
• manipulate reviews, upvotes, rankings, or submissions, including fake or incentivized activity.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of reviews, posts, and other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Cloudkart a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful, at our discretion.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including our name, design, rubric, scores, and editorial content, is owned by Cloudkart or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without our permission, except as allowed by our public API terms or by law.

Third-party tools & links

The Service links to third-party tools and websites we do not control. Listing or scoring a tool is not an endorsement or warranty. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy practices, and is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudkart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any third-party tool. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Cloudkart harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, where reasonably necessary.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kalaburagi, India, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
