Cloudkart.ai

Transparency

Cloudkart exists to give Indian builders an honest shortlist of AI tools. That only works if our scoring is independent and you can check how it works. This page lays out exactly how scores are set, what sponsorship can and cannot buy, and how we keep vendors out of the ranking.

No pay-to-rank

Vendors cannot buy a score, a rank, or a place in the catalog. Sponsorship, where it exists, only ever buys a clearly labelled “Featured” slot — it never changes a tool’s score or its organic position. A tool is listed because it earned a score, not because it paid.

How we score

Every tool is rated 1–5 on five dimensions — Actual Utility, Ease of Use, Pricing Fairness, Reliability, and Differentiation — and the Cloudkart Score is their average. A tool is only listed if it averages at least 3.0 with no single dimension below 2. Community reviews, once present, sit alongside the editorial score as a separate signal; they never overwrite it. Each tool page carries a “How this score is set” breakdown so you can see the signals behind the number.

Re-verification & dated pricing

Pricing and positioning change fast, so we re-check tools as they evolve. Every tool page shows the date its pricing was last verified. If that date is more than 90 days old, we mark a re-check as due rather than pretend it’s current — an honest “check due” beats a stale claim.

Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which can earn us a commission at no cost to you. Scores are set by our editorial team before any affiliate relationship is considered, and a commission never affects a tool’s score or its rank. If that ever changed, we would say so here.

Who’s behind the scores

Cloudkart’s scores are set by our independent editorial team. No vendor sits on the scoring panel, and no vendor reviews a score before it is published.
