Built in Mumbai, it bills in INR through its Indian entity and offers local support and India hosting, which matters for regulated consumer apps. The trade-offs are the usual enterprise ones: pricing is custom and tied to monthly active users with no public tier, it needs SDK work to deploy properly, and the bill grows with your user base.
