Teams build FlowAgents - task-oriented reasoning agents with a defined purpose, toolset and policy boundaries - that translate plain-English intent into governed workflows executing across network, cloud, ITSM and security systems. Every action keeps a full reasoning trace for audit.
The design principle is that governance is set at build time, not retrofitted at runtime: builder access, agent permissions and execution controls are each defined independently. FlowAI reaches general availability on July 1, 2026, following six months of validation with six enterprises across telecom, financial services and utilities, on tasks like incident triage, change validation and compliance evidence. Pricing is enterprise and not public, and the just-launching status means reliability is still to be proven at scale - but for regulated infrastructure teams the audit-first approach stands out.
