Our take

OrbitShift is an India-built sales operating system for account-based teams: account intelligence, an RFP responder, a sales knowledge hub and ABM outreach, wired together with AI agents and live signals. It's used by Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, HCL and L&T. Enterprise contact-sales pricing - steep for small teams - and the time-savings claims are the vendor's.

Best for

Enterprise and IT-services sales teams that live in long, research-heavy account cycles and RFP responses.

Pros

  • Four tools in one: accounts, knowledge, RFPs, ABM
  • Tuned for enterprise and IT-services GTM
  • Real logos: Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, L&T
  • Backed by Peak XV and Stellaris

Cons

  • Enterprise, contact-sales pricing; no free entry
  • Heaviest value in big-ticket, RFP-driven sales
  • Productivity gains are vendor-reported

How it compares

Where catalog tools like Apollo or Clay focus on prospecting data, OrbitShift wraps the whole account cycle, RFP responses included.

Full review

Prospecting tools help you find accounts; OrbitShift is built for what happens after, in the long enterprise cycle. It bundles account intelligence, a centralised sales knowledge hub, an RFP responder and account-based outreach into one system, with AI agents and live signals doing the research and first-draft work. The sweet spot is clearly Indian IT-services GTM, where RFPs and account planning eat weeks.

The customer list - Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, L&T - is the strongest signal here, and Peak XV and Stellaris are behind it. The honest knock is pricing: it's enterprise and contact-sales, with no free or self-serve entry, which is why it scores low on pricing fairness. For SMBs it's overkill; for enterprise sales orgs drowning in RFPs it's worth a look.
