Our take
Upsolve AI is embedded analytics you put inside your own product: customer-facing dashboards plus data agents that answer questions in plain language. Built by former Palantir engineers, it aims to cut reporting tickets and let end users self-serve insights. Pricing isn't public, and the headline numbers - fewer tickets, more revenue - are the vendor's.
Best for
SaaS teams that want to ship governed, customer-facing analytics inside their app without building a BI layer from scratch.
Pros
- Embeds analytics directly in your product
- Plain-language data agents for end users
- Governed, role-based dashboards
- Founders come from Palantir's data side
Cons
- Pricing not published
- Outcome stats are vendor-reported
- Younger product, smaller track record
How it compares
Where catalog tools like Querio or Vanna AI target internal analysts, Upsolve is aimed at the analytics you hand to your customers.
Full review
Internal BI is a solved-ish problem; the analytics you show your customers usually isn't. Upsolve AI focuses on that second case - embeddable, role-based dashboards plus a data agent that lets your users ask questions in plain language instead of filing a request with your team. Data teams curate the context layer in an Agent Studio so the answers stay grounded.
The founders are ex-Palantir, which lends credibility on governance, and the pitch is fewer reporting tickets and stickier customers. Two honest caveats: pricing isn't public, and the impact figures (a claimed cut in tickets, a lift in revenue) are Upsolve's own. A solid candidate to trial if customer-facing reporting is eating your roadmap.

Langfuse
Langfuse is an open-source AI engineering platform for building and operating LLM applications. It brings together observability and tracing, evaluations, prompt management, datasets, an annotation workflow and a prompt playground, and integrates with OpenTelemetry, LangChain, the OpenAI SDK, LiteLLM and more. A Y Combinator (W23) company, it moved every product feature to the MIT license in 2025, so the only commercial pieces are thin enterprise-compliance add-ons such as SCIM, audit logs and project-level RBAC. The cloud free tier covers 50,000 units a month, with a $29/month Core plan for production traffic and higher tiers for longer retention and SOC 2/ISO reports. In January 2026 ClickHouse acquired Langfuse and publicly committed to keeping the MIT license and avoiding new pricing gates.
