Its Spring '26 (26.4) release leaned further into agents, adding autonomous evaluation and bulk testing for AI agents, AI telemetry, and copilots for marketing and voice-of-customer feedback.

Founded by Ragy Thomas, the company is India-rooted but now a global, NYSE-listed enterprise vendor, and the product is priced and built for large organisations. That means real cost and a meaningful implementation - it is not a quick SMB tool, and the breadth can mean paying for modules you will not all use. But for a big brand trying to unify listening, care and marketing instead of stitching point tools together, it is one of the few platforms that genuinely spans all of it.
