Fluid AI is a Mumbai company (founded 2009) now focused on enterprise agentic AI: it deploys agents that handle conversations across voice, chat, email and WhatsApp, and it can run on-premise or hybrid rather than only in the cloud. That on-prem option, plus SOC 2 and support for 150+ languages including Indic ones, is aimed at Indian banks and other regulated buyers who can't hand data to a public service.

For an India-first audience the fit is clear, local presence, WhatsApp as a first-class channel, and multilingual voice. The caveats are the usual enterprise ones: pricing is contact-sales, deployment is a project rather than a sign-up, and the efficiency figures are Fluid AI's own, so a scoped pilot is the right way to judge it.
